Hey, Dr Lichfield–Thanks so much for your work and vision to not only get me functional after my last car wreck, but to restore ability lost over the years to accidents and work over decades in the construction business. The guys at the national package-delivery company have no idea how i can do what I do for 12 hours a day, 5 days a week, teach my martial-arts students, work out at the gym consistently, and have the wherewithall to do the prison work on the weekends.
