Directions to
our office:
We are conveniently located
on 132nd St. SE just North of
Mill Creek and South of Silver Lake on
Murphy’s Corner. We are directly across the
street from Lowe’s.

From I-5: Take 128th
Street Exit (Exit 186). Go east off the
highway on 128th Street.
Drive approximately 1.3miles. 128th
Street turns into 132nd St.
SE. You will pass a Fred Meyer on your
left.

At the intersection of
Bothell-Everett Highway and 132nd
Street, turn left onto 19th
St. SE. You will see an Arco AM/PM gas
station on your right. Make an
immediate right turn into the Arco and
drive through the Arco parking lot to
the strip mall on the up-hill side of
132nd St. facing Lowe’s.

the strip mall. Look for the blue sign
that says Cornerstone Chiropractic.
